Welcome to GasApp! By using this app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: GasApp is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

  2. Registration: In order to use GasApp, you will need to register with us and provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself, including your name, address, and contact information.

  3. Ordering: By using GasApp, you can place orders for LPG cylinders to be delivered to your home or business. You agree to provide accurate information about the delivery location and to be present to receive the delivery at the designated time.

  4. Payment: GasApp accepts various modes of payment such as credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets etc. You agree to pay for the LPG cylinders ordered using the payment method selected during checkout.

  5. Delivery: GasApp will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that your LPG cylinder is delivered to you in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions. You also agree to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by our delivery personnel for safe handling and storage of the LPG cylinders.

  6. Refund and Cancellation Policy: We have a refund and cancellation policy that you can access on the app. You agree to familiarize yourself with our policy and to abide by it when requesting a refund or cancellation.

  7. Prohibited Uses: You may not use GasApp for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not transmit any viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the security or functionality of the app in any way.

  8. Intellectual Property: GasApp and its contents, including but not limited to images, logos, text, and software, are the property of GasApp and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content from GasApp without our prior written consent.

  9. Disclaimers: GasApp is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the app or its contents. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the app.

  10. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall GasApp, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising from or in connection with the use of the app.

  11. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold GasApp, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the app or your violation of these terms and conditions.

  12. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the app.

  13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GasApp is registered.
